Nurture Your Nervous System & Reconnect with Yourself.

A space for deep listening and emotional presence. In this class, we use conscious breathing and guided meditation to gently regulate the nervous system while also exploring what’s alive inside—your emotions, your sensations, your heart. The focus is on slowing down, meeting yourself with warmth, and nurturing a more loving, friendly inner dialogue.

We begin with breathwork practices designed to calm the nervous system, leading into a guided meditation session. All levels and bodies are welcome.
