Nurture Your Nervous System with this Restorative Class.
This class combines conscious breathing and guided meditation to gently regulate the nervous system and explore your inner world, emotions, sensations, and heart. You’ll slow down, meet yourself with warmth, and cultivate a more loving inner dialogue. The session begins with breathwork to calm the nervous system, followed by guided meditation.
This course is facilitated by Sarah McCarthy, who is a tenant in SALIG. Sarah works as an Yin Yoga and Breathwork Instructor, and as a Massage Therapist.
