This class targets fascia and connective tissue through supported postures held for 3-5 minutes. The slow pace helps your body open gradually while calming the nervous system.
During poses, you’ll be invited to meet yourself with compassion, nurturing a gentle and loving awareness of your emotions and body. With regular practice, these classes promote restful sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve emotional resilience.
