A Conscious Breathing And Guided Meditation Session To Bathe Yourself In Self-Love.

Start your week as you mean to go on: calm, restored and connected to yourself.

This class combines conscious breathing and guided meditation to gently regulate your nervous system and nurture self-love. We slow down, listen inward, and meet whatever we find with warmth and compassion. The session begins with breathwork to settle the body, followed by meditation to deepen emotional presence and connection.

This class can be taken on its own or combined with the Self-Love Monday Yin session afterwards. Together, they offer a deeply nourishing and transformative journey of self-care.
