This class is a slow, meditative yoga session designed to release tension, open the body and reduce stress. Yin Yoga targets fascia and connective tissue through supported postures held for 3-5 minutes. The slow pace helps your body to open gradually while calming the nervous system.
During poses, you’ll be invited to meet yourself with compassion, nurturing a gentle and loving awareness of your emotions and body.
