Nurture Your Nervous System with this Restorative Yoga Class.
This slow, meditative yoga class targets the connective tissues and fascia, offering deep release and stillness. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes and supported with props, allowing the body to open gradually and the nervous system to downshift.
