A Guided Meditation to Soothe the Nervous System and Calm The Mind.

Yoga Nidra is often called yogic sleep—a state between waking and dreaming where the body can deeply restore while the mind drifts into quiet awareness. In this guided practice, you’ll be lying down, cosy and supported, as we move through a slow, soothing meditation that invites your whole system to unwind. As we journey through different layers of awareness, you’ll be gently guided into a state where tension melts and the nervous system can reset.

This class is perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or simply craving a moment of quiet and deep rest. It’s a wonderful practice for calming stress, anxiety, and sleep difficulties.
